Hi! I'm Marisol (Sea&Sun). I was born and raised en La Isla del Encanto, but today I'm at home in the state where sunshine and lightning mingle every day. My dream is to one day live nestled among the red rocks and snowy peaks of one of the Mountain States.
I'm an artist who's inspired by nature, animals, outer space, and anything that feels fairytale-like or otherworldly. My art is colorful, bright, merry, and whimsical. I love to experiment with different mediums with a focus on mixed media incorporating pencil drawing, watercolors, oils, acrylics, crafts, found objects, photography, and digital art.
In the midst of my creative process, I find myself blissfully engulfed in a world of color, freedom, self-reflection, and boundless possibilities. I become so passionately enthralled in my new adventure as ideas start taking shape that time flies unobserved, and everything feels serendipitous. It's in these moments, I'm convinced, that I achieve my own personal nirvana. In simple terms, making art is my happy place.
