My Graphic Artwork
My graphic art is Decorative Art. Attractive. Colorful. Interesting to the eye. Perhaps, even to someone with a like sensibility, interesting to the mind.
Someone who likes
puzzles, mathematics, and appreciates intriguing, intricate, and even playful abstraction. Sometimes I’m trying to create Conceptual Art. But generally, my creations are about color and form – and about creating captivating combinations of the two.
Photography creates images better than any hand can do, so I have no interest in mimicking reality. I always want to create designs, shapes, and forms that rarely exist in nature.
There is one other point I would like to mention regarding my approach to creating my Decorative Art. My goal is to create a very narrow focus when viewing my artwork. I try to create a simple picture that avoids aspects within my art that are competing to be noticed. My art is to create one idea. This, I believe, results in this narrow focus; it forces you to look at the whole instead of being distracted by its individual parts. I want you to see the “forest," NOT the “trees."
For me, each of my creations is a surprise; always unique, one of a kind.
Here’s a secret: Even if my creation fails, I enjoy being
the creator. Perhaps my work has small value to others. No matter. I find the creative process enjoyable because of the problem solving required, and its meditative effect upon me.

P.S. To accommodate any potential customer, I will attempt to make changes to my artwork with your suggestions to conform better with your decor or aesthetic. In addition, I will make it a 1 of a kind - just for you. Your design will then be destroyed so no other pieces can be made. Also, If you have design ideas, I will consider creating a design to your specifications.
