I was then taking a new start to my acting career. It is through my art I strive to contribute to beauty, by making you stand still and contemplate that one aspect of life that touches and moves. Perhaps even reveals its truth. “Without movement there is no Life… We should use our energy to the
fullest.” – Ai Qing- Where I have been using clean lines and sharpness for 25 years to give my business assignments and portraits the most authentic and creative possible interpretation, my art photography is created by using fluid movements. My works are characterized by the unique style of photography, in which movement expresses the energies and emotions. My art is inspired by an impassioned life and the balance everyone tries to find within I transform everyday objects with passion into art. Loek van Walsem

A photograph. A frozen moment in time. Since the age of fourteen, Abigail Diane has been capturing her world from behind the lens of a camera. Growing up in the historic city of London and starting with black and white film, her innate instinct capt
ivated many as evidenced by her first sale at a young age. Drawing from her passion, photography empowers her to uniquely compose her subject matter with the optimum focal point that brings her craft to life.In the past ten years, Abigail has been capturing nature with her trusted Nikon. Her images inspire all of us to see the surrounding beauty that is our world. You can experience the tranquility of a pond, almost hear the buzz of a bee on a flower, and smell that salty sea air as the waves crash into the rocky shore.Today she resides in Southern California where the sun is shining all day long. Come and join Abigail on her journey. Let her art bring the world inside of your home or office. “Nature evokes a sense of calmness; An atmosphere of relaxation; and A consciousness of being in that moment.”

Hi everyone, welcome to my gallery.
I love experimenting with art and recently I decided to share that passion with the world. Most of what I design is inspirational, created to inspire.
While most of my work can be printed on any size, if you lov
e ultra high resolution and crisp details, my personal recommendation would be to choose a vertical size, W = 20 in (50 cm) x H = 28 in (71 cm). At that size, you will see amazing details, because all my artwork is created at 5600 X 4000 pixels, at 300 dpi.
I hope you enjoy these, and if you would like me to customize something, especially for you, I would be able to do that (provided it is feasible).

I´m 45 years old and i´ve been illustrating professionaly for about 20 years now. Since 1992, I've created illustrations, greeting cards, designed posters, worked on comic books, illustrated board games, designed websites and even did a lot of
software design creating visual content and layouts for hospitality software among many other areas. That and a lot of generic graphic design.
If you need an illustrator or children book artist, I'm skilled in watercolors, acrylics, color pencils, etc but at the moment i do most of my work in digital. I work in digital, traditional or sometimes a mix of both techniques. In my galleries you´ll find a lot of children book illustrations that were started in traditional watercolor but were later mixed within photoshop or any other digital painting tool. I don´t like to get stuck on using just one thing or technique and I go where the client needs me to go to achieve an image that we both like in the end. That is what´s important. A good illustration. How we get there it really does not matter.

After spending over 21 years traveling, living, and operating around the world in various countries, the day came where I finally had to retire from the military. I understood that a void was looming but was not sure what that void was going to be. C
ontinuing on the retirement path, I realized that being around the types of American men and women I was around for over 21 years could not nor would not ever be replicated. On the other hand, the void that I could control was the things and people I saw daily. After multiple deployments and long conversations with friends and family. I realized that they could never understand the full gravity of what I was explaining to them about other countries and my experiences in the world. Like that, I had an answer to that void. Photography!
I started my business Lens-14 Photography shortly after retiring from the military and was all over the map. Do I do portraits, landscapes, weddings, cars, animals? Then it hit me; the void was the inability to relay what I had seen and experienced effectively. Not that I can't tell stories, I am a fantastic storyteller (True Story), it was that some things just couldn't be felt or understood unless they are seen.
Lens-14 Photography aims to provide you with "my" visual depiction of the things I see from traveling to wherever those places are that I shall end up. As the kids once asked, "Why do you always tell us about the places you have been?" My answer to them, and you, "because my greatest hope is that in life y'all will get to experience at least just a little, if not tremendously more, of the beauty I have seen"
I am greatly appreciative of you for taking the time the view my page. I hope that "my" visual depictions of what I have seen strike your mind, heart, or soul in a way that matters to you.
